Every landing, we write the date, region and photo record to the Midnight blockchain. Once written, not even GYOTAK can change it, and anyone, including AI, can check it on the spot. The exact fishing grounds stay hidden with zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) cryptography. Contract: bc33d8c0…ed118ab.

The exact fishing grounds (GPS) are hidden with zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) cryptography and never put on the blockchain, so competitors can’t see them. "Pranburi" is a region name set by GYOTAK.
Freezing, on record
Boxes entering our quick-freeze unit are checked against a −15°C target about 30–35 minutes after they go in, and the result is kept in GYOTAK’s own records. These checks are not on the blockchain.
Temperatures, in a record that can’t be rewritten
Freezer temperatures (hourly averages) are recorded on the blockchain, and anyone can check the records. They are freezer-level readings: not the temperature of each fish, and not every moment.
